Sony works in the alliance with Netflix for PlayStation VR
This has been confirmed by the president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide, Shuhei Yoshida.
It has been a very important GDC for Sony and their interests in the virtual reality of PlayStation 4. In addition to announcing the price and date for the PlayStation VR headset, the Japanese have offered a good handful of statements and have been very active in their promotion in recent days and, of course , one of his bosses, Shuhei Yoshida, has not hesitated to explain everything he could about the hardware.
In one of the last words he dedicated to the American portal Digital Spy in the GDC itself, he confirmed that the objective is to reach agreements with companies and services such as Netflix, which he said is "a very important part of the entertainment experience PlayStation VR can offer. We are working with very powerful partners in the field, but we are not ready to talk about the applications yet."
When will we know more? It seems that we will have to wait for the dates close to the launch. PlayStation VR will cost 399.99 euros in Europe and will be launched next October.
