Pokémon Sword and Shield will have post-credit material, but this will be kept secret
Game Freak reserves something for the new Nintendo Switch games that will go beyond raids.
Saving perhaps the Gold and Silver remakes, most of the Pokémon core games of the last decade have received a recurring criticism: There aren't enough things to do after completing the main story. For now, Pokémon Sword / Pokémon Shield seem to do their homework in this regard thanks to new raids with rare Pokémon and a promising dose of new creatures, but from Game Freak they assure that there are more post-credit material than it seems.
"In the raids, we have an evaluation system [...] the five-star ones are quite difficult. I have tried to face them on my own and have lost many times. When you go for the toughest ones, you need good coordination with the team to win, "says director Shigeru Ohmori during an interview with Game Informer. "I can't go into much detail, but I can say that there are other content waiting for the players to entertain long-term and in-depth after completing the main story. "
One of the features most demanded by the community in recent years has been the return of the Battlefront, a set of buildings with different rules full of battles of increasing difficulty. Will there be something similar waiting for us in Galar? It will be necessary to wait to find out. Pokémon Sword and Shield hit stores on November 15. You can already take a look at his latest trailer, full of nostalgia.
