Ni-Oh shows its brutal action in a new trailer and advances details of its beta

The testing phase starts on August 23 and will run until September 6.

Koei Tecmo has released a new trailer for the spectacular Ni-Oh for PlayStation 4 just days after this challenging action adventure developed by the Team ninja start your beta testing phase. Precisely, the Japanese have advanced some details related to this trial period that will take place from August 23 to September 6.

Those who enjoy the demo will have the opportunity, and it is the last, to win the special objects Mark of the Conqueror and Mark of the Strong of which, yes, no further details have been offered so far.

This beta introduces important changes with respect to the alpha that we enjoyed in April of this year, all of them derived from the opinions of the fans. Apart from the game area already seen in this testing phase, players will be able to enter a new area called Nakatsu that is full of dark caverns with terrible dangers inside.

There will be new enemies, also bosses including the dangerous Hinoenma, a spirit with the appearance of a woman. With the experience and money earned in the Usuki and Nakatsu missions, more seasoned players will be able to face the same challenges but with a much higher level of difficulty. Not only because of the strength of the rivals, but also because there will be more and more types. The rewards also improve, of course.

As for weapons, we will find new additions such as a long-range rifle, several katanas including the option to use two simultaneously; spears, axes and hammers. In addition, the protagonist can resort to certain magic.

Worried about so many challenges? Team Ninja has introduced in this demo a training zone to learn the basics of fighting the forces of evil.
