Jurassic World Evolution reaches one million copies sold
The figure has been reached by adding PC, PS4 and Xbox One in the five weeks that it has been on sale.
The boys of Frontier Developments, authors of Elite Dangerous, have announced that their latest project, Jurassic World Evolution, has already sold one million copies throughout the world and adding the three platforms on which it was released: PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
"We are delighted with Jurassic World Evolution, and we are especially pleased to have passed the million-copy bar so quickly," stated David Braben, studio CEO and a true industry veteran. "There is no doubt that our initial sales have benefited from the release of the film, but the quality of the game is really important and we think we have done a fantastic job of creating a game that appeals to a large number of fans of all the world".
Those responsible for the video game, of course, are not resting on their laurels despite the good commercial performance of a title that went on sale on June 12, 2018. They have already suggested an Xbox Play Anywhere support, and have increased the index of creatures available in his strategy and management proposal with new dinosaurs for Jurassic World Evolution.
Other games from the study such as the aforementioned Elite Dangerous or Planet Coaster have sold, respectively, slightly more than 2.75 million units and one million.
