War in the Warhammer 40,000 universe! Inquisitor - Martyr Introduces Expansion
Prophecy will be a standalone game with plenty of new content for this action-role-playing title.
Shortly after introducing the ambitious new features of its version 2.0, the team behind Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr has presented the first major content expansion for this action-RPG adventure set in the bloody Warhammer universe. Responds to the name of Prophecy and little will have to wait to enjoy their news.
Neocore has highlighted that this Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Prophecy will be released as an independent title, which means that you do not need the original to enjoy its contents, since the story is designed for both veterans and new players to enjoy it. Its main novelties? A new character class, the Adept of the Inquisitors, who will be able to summon units and upgrade those present to defeat enemies as they continue their investigations.
This new character class comes with its own skill tree and a diverse arsenal of firearms and swords for fans to tailor their fighting style to their own. We will be able to put their fighting prowess to the test in a new three-part campaign, one of which will be entirely devoted to the Adept class. There will of course be new scenarios in which to battle and new ways of dealing with enemies. This last novelty will also be part of the 2.0 update.
As a final point, Prophecy will welcome new enemy factions like the Tyranids and the Eldar. The game goes on sale on PC on May 28 for $ 24.99 (a 30% discount if you have Inquisitor - Martyr), with a view to releasing later on PS4 and Xbox One.
