First details of PUBG's biggest eSports event revealed
20 teams will compete in Berlin in July for a prize of two million dollars.
After succeeding in the casual arena, PUBG Corp. prepares to explore the more competitive arena of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds by announcing PUBG Global Invitational, a world championship that will take place this summer.
More specifically, the PUBG Global Invitational will take place in the German city of Berlin from July 25 to 29. During the event, 20 professional teams from North America, Europe and Asia will compete against each other to win a prize of two million dollars. Of all of them, two teams will be declared victorious, one for the first person view and the other for the third person.
The hit battle royale PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is available on PC and Xbox One. This latest version is an early access phase.
