Cyberpunk 2077: Decisions Will Have Multiple Consequences
CD Projekt is committed to offering a video game as realistic as possible, where the user has to think about each choice.
From the first stages of its development, back in 2014, a video game with difficult decisions was already guaranteed with Cyberpunk 2077. Now, thanks to a new interview, CD Projekt has shared several details where it is explained how these elections will have multiple consequences beyond the immediate cause-effect.
"One thing we also want to do is make every choice have one or more consequences," said Philipp Weber, mission director at CD Projekt for Cyberpunk 2077, in an interview with the Polish YouTube channel Arhn2eu transcribed by GamingBolt. "In this way, perhaps, what you do in a mission will have implications in one, two, or three different missions and even go further," he added.
Weber also advised of the objective of the study by tell a realistic story. In this sense, the adventure will not make it easy for the player to know which is the good choice or which is the bad one. "You have to decide whether or not what you are thinking is correct. We don't want you to be able to wait for what is going to happen," explained the creative.In this way, it is intended to create a game for adults, beyond sex and violence, where you must learn to live with the unexpected consequences of what you chose to do in the past.
