Warner will refund their money to users unhappy with Batman: Arkham Knight on PC

Despite its relaunch, the title continues to present performance issues.

Problems persist with Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, and Warner Bros. has decided to definitively enable the option to refund the money to those fans who are not happy with the work.

"We are extremely sorry that so many of our consumers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," they stated in an official statement. "We have worked hard to bring the game up to the standards it deserves, but we understand that many of you are still experiencing problems."

So until December 31, 2015, PC fans have the option to cancel their purchase and get their money back in Arkham Knight. The Season Pass can also be sold, but only if it is accompanied by the main game (it cannot be sold separately).

Warner Bros. promises to keep working to fix all the problems in this action adventure. In compensation for all these problems, days ago they already announced that those who bought Arkham Knight would receive the entire Batman: Arkham series for free.
